Terms and Conditions

 

-Subject to all new parts ordered via our site, we hold the right to cancel or amend an order based on supply changes in time scales or cost inflation. 


-We hold the right to charge a 12% restocking fee on an returned items to allow a refund to be processed. We will not refund any postages costs, and are only liable to cover return postage costs if the product arrives damage or unusable. Should the customer change thier mind about the product they’ve ordered, you are responsible for returning the product as new back to our HQ.

Engine replacements terms and conditions:

– Warranty may be offered on a third party basis by our supplier where applicable, this only covers the engines internal subject to no external (ancillaires) failures. We do not cover any installation or labour costs involved in any approved warranty claims. Whilst the engine may arrive with all ancillaires, such as alternator/water pump/AC Unit/Coil Packs etc this is not paid for and is provided free of charge.

– Any Engines that experience issues upon leaving our HQ, should be reported and returned to us for investigation, if the car has been altered or worked on by any other persons/garage, this will void all warranty.

– in the likely hood of an engine failure, and warranty is approved, we will source and service the replacement, labour costs are not covered in the event of any warranty claim(s).

-We are not responsible for recovering the vehicle in the event of a breakdown or failure, even where warranty is approved.

ECU and TCU Remapping terms and conditions:

-We do not accept any liabilty for any failures of hardware/engine after tuning a car past a stage 1 remap.

– Cars ran on the dyno are ran at your own risk, should any failures appear, this is the responsiblity of the owner to resolve, along with any tyre damage.

Should any oil leak into the rollers, a full strip down is required to clean the dyno and is chargable of 600 + VAT
