  • All intercoolers are not made equal, but the brand new R-Sport PRO400 Intercooler is finally here to suit Fiesta ST Mk8 and Puma ST models.

    Manufactured with a hugely strong and durable bar and plate core this intercooler produces absolutely fantastic market leading results. Intake air temperatures are reduced massively when compared to the stock intercooler meaning you can increase performance whilst maintaining reliability and consistency, even when fitted with our 300bhp X37 hybrid turbo, intake air temperatures barely rise beyond the ambient air temperature!

    In our extensive testing with the help of the guys at MAXD, we found in our dyno cell intake air temperatures were reduced by as much as 30 degrees! Despite this being a full height intercooler with a hugely dense core, we also didn’t see any spikes in coolant temperature with back to back dyno runs, meaning airflow is still getting happily to the radiator behind.

    For this PRO400 intercooler we wanted to offer a full height solution without having to modify or cut the bumper or rad pack, especially important in the TUV heartland of western Europe, but equally for ease of DIY fitment. 

    Using the latest technology available including 3D scanning and printing we were able to squeeze the R-Sport PRO400 Intercooler to 150% larger frontal surface area and 85% larger than the stock intercooler in terms of volume so you know it will outperform the competition in even the harshest of environments. Add to this the swept, cast end tanks which allows hot air to be sent across the whole height of the intercooler, and you really do have the winning combination to ensure the best in cooling capabilities.

    The intercooler core size is 620mm x 390mm x 55mm and it weighs in at around 11kg, powder coated in your choice of satin black or alloy silver.
