 Many Ford Focus RS 2009 and owners will know of the problem ECU remapping. With ALL Mapping solutions the ECU has to removed from the vehicle and opened to either program it or enable it to operate with the remapping solution.

When the ECU is removed from the engine bay this security system above has to be removed and is almost certainly damaged in some way. To ensure the Main Dealer Ford Service personel do not suspect the ECU has been tampered with we would refit a whole new Security Bracket, Sleeve and Shear Bolt as pictured above.
